also schlussendlich hab’ ichs in 1:12.03 geschafft. und nun nehm ich mir fest vor, nächstes jahr mehr als 2 mal joggen zu gehen vor dem GP! ps: nimmt mich wunder, wie’s christian gelaufen ist.

update: christian hat den lauf erfolgreich beendet, gratuliere! und ich bin das ding eindeutig zu schnell angegangen, wenn mensch meine zwischenzeiten anguckt: nach 5 kilometer noch unter 4min/km und ab dann schon ziemlich drüber. für nächstes jahr brauche ich glaubich auch so ein lauf-unterstützendes gadget …

vielleicht wird das ja doch noch was mit dem gp nächste woche: nachdem ich letzten samstag mein “training” wegen knieschmerzen auf halber strecke [1] abbrechen musste, hab ich heute immerhin fast 12 km ohne grössere beschwerden hinter mich gebracht. ich werd wohl meiner startnummer und bestzeit nicht gerecht (ich starte im ersten block, habe aber das training dieses jahr sträflich vernachlässigt, ich war 3 mal joggen…), aber werde immerhin mal versuchen zu starten…

i’m cleaning my closets and found some stuff, just waiting to be released back into the economy. i’m trying to sell the stuff on ricardo, so if you fancy some new techno-gear, go and have a look here . i really can recommend the newton , a fine piece of machinery, but it’s just been collecting dust in my room, so i part with it. if you want something, and don’t want to bid on ricardo, send me a note, i’m shure we can work something out…

as you’ve maybe already seen in my flick-stream , i’ve been playing frisbee over the past weekend. we’ve made a team from unisport bern [1] to compete against other in the first university ultimate tournament in bruxelles, belgium. it was a blast, the weather was marvellous, although a tad too hot, the other teams were competitive and we had great games. unfortunately i had to leave a bit earlier, so i was not able to play the finals (and that’s why bern lost the final i think :-) and had quite a hard time until i got home, since the train broke down about half an hour after departure from bruxelles, so it took me a night in the ICE to get back home to switzerland, but the whole weekend was worth it.

andi and dänu aka filewile released their second album called nassau massage (press release in english or german ). technically they release it in about a month, on the 25.5., but if you want to listen to it (like i’ve done recently ), you can already preorder it on their website, and expect a fast delivery. maybe not so fast as i did, ‘cause i preordered the album on tuesday night, and andi dropped it in my mailbox on wednesday morning, together with the EP damn, to be released in a week :-)
