i’m having a slight case of pareidolia ! last sunday i’ve seen cthulu in a cloath hanger, today i see a slightly skewered face grooving with a full open mouth in a simple loudspeaker

today at the lomotion -apero.

oh, and by the way, look for pictures of pareidolia on flickr , it’s quite a chuckle!

wordpress-plugins are really neat!

i probably stumbled over lightboxJS a hundred times before. today i thought it would be really nice to have that for this site here. thanks to wordpress-plugins, implementing it here only took 4 steps:

• google wordpress plugin lightboxJS
• download the plugin from here
• drop it into /wp-content/plugins
• activate the plugin in the control panel and now, if you click on an image, you get the nice lightboxJS-effect. try it for yourself, maybe in the post below! and if you read me only through my feed, this might be worth checking out the site…

today we went for a little walk onto the niederhorn . the weather was absolutely lovely, so i was able to shoot some nice images including the one below. it was shot looking the other way than here , looking towards thun.

as mentioned before i’ve been diving in the verzasca this weekend. now i’m uploading all the images to flickr. you can see the images in this set here .

the two videos below are videos i shot and uploaded to youtube, the first one shows ändu blowing some bubbles. while shooting the second one i nearly peed in my divesuit ‘cause the thing that swam through scared me quite a bit, but see for yourself…

after a busy evening on friday i went to the verzasca valley with the divecenter . i’m still overwhelmed with the beauty of the river from the inside. it felt like diving in a bottle of grappa . i’m gonna upload some of the images some other evening, now i need to catch up with some sleep…

but today, i noticed quite a bit of hits from a page on hattrik.org . because some of my friends are quite fanactic hattrickers i thought someone linked to me and wanted to check back.

so i ended up on the site of the sc hooligen . at first i couldn’t see a link to me, but a quick glance at the sourcecode revealed that the manager of said team hotlinked to an image i shot at the gurtenfestival 2004. i know that as soon as you release your images on the web it’s extremely hard to track abuse of them [1], but hotlinking to a file is definitely a no-go!

[1]: i went to the alpamare with 40 kids from the swim-team. and was well knackered afterwards…
